This notice covers cookies, local storage, pixels, SDK identifiers and similar storage/access technology used by the website, web app and iOS app. We keep it minimal on purpose.
1. Essential technology
We use technology strictly necessary to provide a feature you request, authenticate and secure an account, balance traffic, prevent fraud, remember privacy choices or complete a transaction. Consent is not required for technology that falls within a statutory exception, but we still explain it.
2. Aggregate service-improvement statistics
UK law has a narrow statistical-purpose exception from prior storage/access consent. We rely on it only where the sole purpose is to create aggregate statistics about use of Seek TCG in order to improve the service; individual-level information is kept only as long as needed to aggregate it; the result cannot be used to identify, track or profile people; any third party uses it only for that improvement purpose; and users receive clear information and a simple, free means to object.
To keep well within that, analytics on this site does not run unless you allow it. It is privacy-friendly and cookieless, does not link activity to an account, and does not profile you or track you across services. You can change your choice at any time through without detriment.
3. Advertising and other optional technology
Seek TCG does not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or third-party advertising profiles. If optional technology is introduced, this notice and the preference control will be updated before it is activated, and prior consent will be obtained where required.
