Independence

Seek TCG is an independent inventory and listing tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Konami, Bandai, Disney, Ravensburger, eBay, CardTrader, or any grading company (including PSA, Beckett/BGS, and CGC). Product and company names are used only to identify compatibility. All trade marks belong to their respective owners.

Contextual disclaimers

These short notices also appear at the relevant decision point in the product, not only here:

  • Prices and market information: price signals and suggested routes are automated estimates based on permitted third-party data and information you enter. They are market price signals with the source and date shown, not eBay sold-listing data. They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong and do not guarantee a sale price. They are not a professional appraisal, financial advice or an investment recommendation.
  • Condition and authenticity: Seek TCG records visible condition evidence; it is not a certified grading or authentication service and does not predict a PSA, BGS or CGC grade.
  • Tax and profit: figures are estimates based on the information you enter and the assumptions shown. They are not tax, accounting or financial advice. Use current official guidance or a qualified adviser.
  • Buy/sell/hold: this is an inventory option based on the selected criteria, not an investment recommendation or prediction of future value.
  • Marketplace publication: check the card, condition, price, postage, returns and seller details. By selecting Publish listing, you instruct Seek TCG to send this listing to the marketplace.

No disclaimer limits your statutory consumer rights or excuses Seek TCG from performing its own service with reasonable care and skill.

Reporting content: notice and takedown

Seek TCG references third-party names, sets and card images to identify collectible items. If you own rights in material shown here and believe it is used unlawfully, or you wish to report content you consider infringing, unlawful or inaccurate, send a notice to hello@seektcg.com with the subject “Notice and takedown”. Please include enough detail to identify the material and its location (a link or page), the right or issue relied on, your contact details, and a statement of your good-faith belief. We will review reports promptly, acknowledge them in a durable form and, where appropriate, remove or restrict the material or explain why we have not. We may share a notice with the person who provided the content so they can respond.

Tell us what happened and what outcome you are seeking. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them fairly. If your complaint concerns how we handle personal data and you are not satisfied with our response, you can also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); Seek TCG is registered under reference ZC196591.
