Refunds & cancellation

Seek TCG is not yet available to buy. Paid subscriptions are not open, and no one is being charged during the current pre-launch and waitlist phase.

Before any paid plan can be purchased, we will publish the full refund and cancellation policy here. It will cover ordinary cancellation of a renewal, the 14-day consumer right to cancel an online purchase, how any proportionate charge for early performance is worked out, remedies if the service is faulty or not as described, and how billing errors are corrected. None of that policy will reduce your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
