You pay based on how many cards you add in a month, not per seat or per listing. It tracks the value you get, and our costs, so the price scales with your business, not against it.

Is the free plan really free, can I use it for a small business?

Yes. Free includes UK-oriented realised pricing, route recommendations, profit tracking and CSV export, genuinely useful, and fine for occasional commercial use. You upgrade for more volume, graded (PSA/CGC) data, and full selling operations like SKUs, eBay sync and repricing.

Why is Seek TCG more than a £5 price tracker?

Because it's a different product. A tracker tells you what a card is worth; Seek TCG tells you what to do with it and what you'll actually net after fees, then helps you store, ship and account for it. It's built to pay for itself in one good decision.

Which plan do I need?

Trying it out or hobby selling: Free. A growing side hustle, or selling graded slabs and big-ticket cards at any volume: Starter. Selling seriously with eBay sync and repricing: Growth. Full-time and high volume: Pro.

What if I go over my monthly cards?

We don't stop you mid-batch. You'll get a prompt to move up a plan, with an optional small per-card top-up so a busy month doesn't force a change.

Do you add VAT, and can I cancel?

Pricing is provisional pre-launch; final prices will be shown inclusive of VAT before you pay. When paid plans open there's no lock-in, change plan or cancel any time, and your data stays exportable.

Service: Plan features, platforms, compatibility, material limits, included usage, storage and marketplace dependencies.
Term: Billing interval, any minimum commitment, start date, renewal frequency, and how and when to cancel.
Price: Total payable inclusive of VAT and other unavoidable charges, and the calculation and cap for any metered AI or top-up charge. Provisional until final pricing is set.
Trial or discount: Duration, conversion date, regular price and how to cancel before charge. No pre-ticked paid add-on.
Plan changes: When an upgrade or downgrade takes effect, and the treatment of credits and stored data.
Cooling-off: 14-day consumer right, model form, a separate request for early performance and any possible proportional charge — see refunds & cancellation.
Billing channel: Seek TCG via Stripe on the web, or Apple in-app purchase on iOS, including the correct cancellation and refund route.
Functionality: Devices, operating systems, internet and account requirements, and any material geographic or API restrictions.
